Suggest Treatment For Nasal Congestion And Fever
My 6 year old son has been having a fever of 100 off and on and his nose is congested nose and difficulty breathing for two days. I have gave him saline drops and motrin. He also has white out his mouth when he is sleep. Should I do anything else? Should I take him to the doctor?

The history of white out of the mouth at night is suggestive that your son has a serious blockage and the commonest causes are adenoid and tonsilar hypertrophy.
Get a consultation and examination by an ENT Surgeon to get a proper diagnosis, instill decongestant nasal drops and needs oral antibiotic, anti-inflammatory medicines and steroids as this will effect the ears soon.
