Suggest Treatment For Muscular Pain In The Upper Right Back

Hi, I m a 65 year old white male. I m having what I would call muscular pain in my upper right side back. Its been bothering me for several weeks now. I do play tennis and was wondering if I could have injured myself serving? Or what does gall bladder pain feel like. Does it act like a muscular pain in the upper right side of my back?

Thanks for your question on Healthcare Magic.
I can understand your concern.
By your history and description, possibility of musculoskeletal pain is more. No need to worry for bladder related paint because bladder pain don't feel on upper right back, it usually feels on lower back.
You might have pulled muscle while playing tennis which is causing this pain.
So follow these steps for better symptomatic relief in musculoskeletal pain.
1. Avoid movements causing pain.
2. Avoid bad postures in sleep.
3. Avoid heavyweight lifting and strenuous exercise.
4. Apply warm water pad on affected areas.
5. Take painkiller and muscle relaxant drugs.
6. Sit with proper back and chest support.
Don't worry, you will be alright with all these.
