Suggest Treatment For Muscle Stiffness, Cramps And Stiff Joints
I am having muscle stiffness and cramps stiff joints it feels like i cant get a good deep breath of air its uncomfortable to swallow i drop things and trip occasionally i have lost 30 lbs in less than a year without changing my diet i am also weaker than i was all of my muscles hurt i get sharp pains in my muscles. i have type 2 dieabetes what could be causing theses problems

I think it's due to diabetic neuropathy. Should consult with neurologists first and run EMG studies to check it out. Meanwhile, take magnesium and vitamin B complex to ease the stiffness.
