Suggest Treatment For Muscle Spasms And Stiffness In Ribs Post Injury

I was part of a pro wrestling match on Sunday and i injured my ribs/back felt much like a bruise just uncomfortable both in front and under my left pectoral. On Thursday i got real stiff and started having serious muscle spasms near my ribs on my back and now i have felt pops and pain in my ribs and when I sneeze it takes my breath away and hurts immensely. HI
Well come to HCM
Possibility of hairline fracture need to be ruled out of ribs, for the pain this can be well managed with the medicines given below
1) Tab Diclofenac 50 mg sustain released once in day
2) Tab Acetaminophen once in day
3) Tab Chlorzoxazone once in day
even if this is fracture then nothing much can be done, hope this helps, take care.
