hi,
you seem to have stretched a bit too far in your exercise class.
take following treatment
1. give rest to the affected part
2.do not exercise till your pain subsides
3. apply ice packs 5-6 times a day
4. take a combination of muscle relaxant and analgesic e.g., chlorzoxazone+ diclofenac.
5. drink coconut water everyday.
6.drink lots of water as well
7. take few sessions of IFT/TENS from a physiotherapist
8. after your pain subsides a bit, u'll need to learn stretching exercises for your affected group of muscles from a physio so that your problem doesn't recur.
regards
