The symptoms you had mentioned are due to some viral infection. For treatment you can take some antibiotic preferably moxikind-cv or zifi-cv after an expert advice along with dan-mr or osteonac-th for muscle pain and body-ache. You can take some multivitamin like metilda-forte or meganeuron-plus once daily preferably in afternoon with wikoryl or no-cold for running nose.
