Suggest Treatment For Muscle Pain In Patients With Degenerative Disk Problems

Both hands both feet swelling - both arms both legs weak - I have degeneritve disk problems 10 plus years. I have and medicate daily for hypertension. Triple bypass in 2004. No chest pain or shortness of breath. Muscle pain between shoulders at my neck.

As a first line management you can take analgesics like Aceclofenac or Tramadol for pain relief. If symptoms persist better to consult an orthopedics and get evaluated.
