Suggest Treatment For Muscle Pain In Legs

I have always exercised but lately my muscles don t recover particularly in my legs. I m 52 yrs old and going through menopause.. My body is used to exercise but my leg muscles just don t recover its both dibilatating and painful as there no release I ve tried sports massage but still it dead to really help.. What can I do to get some relief?

I Understand your concern.
As i understand from your your history,menopause results in hormonal changes in body which also affects the sodium and potassium balance in body leading to decreased ability of body to retain salts.
I would advice patients coming to me with these complains with adequate saltwater (ORS solution hydration).
Adequate rest and some muscle relaxant medications for 5 days(Tab.Myoril).
If still condition does not improve then further blood tests(like serum Calcium levels,Blood sugar random) would be required.
