Suggest treatment for multiple sclerosis

I have a recent diagnosis of MS which apparently I have been dealing with for many years and not being aware I had it. My current symptom among others is a burning tongue which initially was diagnosed as Thrush. Is there any treatments for this? YYYY@YYYY

As per your history is concerned your symptoms is due to defiency of nutrition only so take iron and B-complex regularly at bed time.Thanks
