27, 6 2 , 175lbs, no history of STDs and with current partner (wife) for 7 years not sure when this appeared, as it is usually an area with some hair on top and I don t pay close attention when washing. there is no pain and I didn t notice it until I was examining last evening. I have shaved the area in the past (and cut myself in this area) but don t really suspect an ingrown, as there isn t really any sensation at all.
