Suggest Treatment For Mild Pelviectasis
My dear doctor PL suggest me about mild pelviectasia.In 9 month ultra sound scanning to my wife it shows RIGHT KIDNEY SHOWS MILD PELVIECTASIA AP-6.6mm And RIGHT KIDNEY SHOWS HYDRONEPHROSIS PELVIS 18.Omm Calyx 8.6mm.Now my wife got normal delivery n boy baby it s all urinal movement well.but after 3 days of birth again scanning about issue.again scanning reports shows same issue.so PL advise me what we can do ? It is any major problem for kidney in future? If any surgery need? PL advise me doctor

15 mm is the cut off and you have to do a frequent follow-up.
If the renal function is worsening surgical correction may be required.
