Suggest Treatment For Mild Osteoarthritis Of The Spine

Hello - I have been diagnosed with mild osteoarthritis in the mid back, I have had a nerve block done and tried several different meds, and also back decompress ions - nothing seems to give me any relief of my pain and it seems to be getting worse everyday - Is this normal?

Hello,

It may be due to osteoarthritis.

For pain you can take tablet acetaminophen.

Use lumbar belt for support.

You may require tablet calcium and vit d3 after orthopedic surgeon consultation.

Take balanced diet.

Do regular physical therapy
