Suggest Treatment For Mild Head Ache And Loss Of Appetite
I am not feeling well since lat tue. Mild headache starts during evening. Loss of apetite for 1 week. Mild fever 37.8 on friday. Today i did a UA showed leukocyes no protien or nitrites. Im not feeling a 100%. Getting tired easily. Im 22 female. Thank you

Take paracetamol 650 mg along with tablet BCT complex. If any gastric symptoms starts take tab Pan 40 mg.
