Suggest Treatment For Mild Cognitive Impairment

What are some of the best actions to take when you have been told that you have a mild cognitive impairment. I am a very competent woman who turned 70 a couple of days ago. I do floor exercises every day and benefit from the excellent modeling of my former Chiropractor husband. Please do not forward on my email address to anyone. Thanks!

Dear,
Welcome to HCM
We understand your concerns

I went through your details. Mild cognitive impairment (MCI) causes a slight but noticeable and measurable decline in cognitive abilities, including memory and thinking skills. MCI, also known as incipient dementia, or isolated memory impairment, is a brain function syndrome involving the onset and evolution of cognitive impairments beyond those expected based on the age and education of the individual, but which are not significant enough to interfere with their daily activities. It may occur as a transitional stage between normal aging and dementia.

There is no need to take any precautions about your present problem. You just have to work with your neurologist who will treat you with drugs which should be useful. Be active as you are always, make lot of friends and socialise effectively.

Hope this answers your query. Further clarifications are welcome.
Good luck. Happy New Year. Take care.
