Cardiologist 's  Response
Hello,

Regarding your concern, I would explain that cardiomegaly means that your heart is enlarged.

Anyway, a chest X-ray study is not the best tool to examine the heart.

For this reason, I would recommend performing a cardiac ultrasound in order to examine better heart function and structure.

I would like to review your cardiac ultrasound report if you will be able to upload it in order to give a more professional opinion.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ilir Sharka, Cardiologist
