Suggest Treatment For Migraine, Light Sensitivity And Numb Face

I have had three migraines in the last week. All with flashing light auras, numbness in face, hands and arm. All have resulted in painful headache and extreme fatigue. Each one begins with sensitivity to light , light auras lasting about ten to fifteen minutes and moves on to grogginess and some difficulty with speech. Should I be concerned that this is something other than migraines ?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello
Welcome to HCM
your history and features resemble typical attack of migrain.
I shall aadvise you to take tab sumatriptan and paracitamol combination during acute attack..maintenance with valporate 200mg bd.
You should do a ct brain and an eeg and consult a neurologist with reports to rule out any secondary cause of migrain is there or not.
Hope this is helpful.regards.
