Suggest Treatment For Migraine And Low Grade Fever
I have had migraine type headache for 7 days now, left front forehead radiates to the back of my neck, low-grade fever of 100.1 stabbing pain. been to ER narcotic pain meds were given on 2 separate occasions. pain goes away comes right back after pain meds wear off.

You are having fever also, for that do you have done any investigation??
Work up should be done with...
-CBC
-CRP
-Physical examination esp neck rigidity and kerning sign for rule out meningitis like infection
-If needed blood culture done
If bacterial infection confirmed than for that antibiotic course needed
