Suggest Treatment For Microangiopathic Disease

Just had a CT Scan which shows Microangiopathic Diseasa. Looking at different articles of this disease I have rammed my head on corners, rafters, and felt like there was a glob right above my left eye, sinus area. For at least 6 years Dr s, Ent s have said nothing shows up, It is in your head. I know it is! This year the pollen has been extra strong, been have terrible headaches for almost 2 months. New ENT tells me the sinus areas are clean but ordered this CT which I will seen in 2 weeks. She said before scan I probably have nerve concerns. Is there treats for the small blood vessel damage. Otherwise I have been a healthy 80 Yr old, had 2 times depression in the last 3 Years.

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

* There is no cure of micro angiopathic disease, except control of vital parameters blood pressure, pulse and coagulation profile.

Many of the patients do require anti platelet agents to prevent sudden thrombosis episodes of any sort in this instance.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel
