Suggest treatment for metastatic prostate cancer

I have metastatic prostate cancer which spread to the brain last year. I was treated with whole-brain and stereotatic radiosurgery, which was highly successful. If I have additional active PC brain mets, will their PSA be able to cross the blood-brain barrier?

PSA doesn't cross blood brain barrier. it's a marker of prostate cancer. it is raised in prostate cancer with high disease burden
