Suggest Treatment For Metastatic Prostate Cancer

I have metastatic prostate cancer which spread to the brain last year. I was treated with whole-brain and stereotatic radiosurgery, which was highly successful. If I have additional active PC brain mets, will their PSA be able to cross the blood-brain barrier?
