Hi - I m currently at work and it s my first day of my menstrual cycle (which is regular). Before leaving for work, I kept a heating pad near my abdomen for relief from the abdominal pain. The relief was temporary. The pain has returned and it s intensity is slightly higher. Must I take a Crocin? Unfortunately I did not know that I was gonna get em today and I did a few yoga exercises in the morning - has this made it worse?
