Suggest Treatment For Menstrual Cramps When Diagnosed With An Uterine Fibroid

Hi, I am suffering from uterine fibroid (posterior wall 2.2x2.2cm, anterior wall 10x8mm) diagnosed in October. I have been taking Blong tab since then. But my pain isn t subsiding (similar to menstrual pain) I also feel my belly size has increased. What should I do?

As a first line management you can take drugs like mefenemic acid for pain relief.

If symptoms persists you can consult a gynaecologist and get evaluated.
