Suggest Treatment For Melanoma Of The Brain

My brother had brain surgery last week. He was recently diagnosed with stage 4 melonoma brain cancer. He had two lesions sucessfully removed. He just had a follow up visit with the surgeon who performed the operation. He said everything looked fine. However he said there was a 'bright spot' of about 2mm. What do you know about these 'bright spots'?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern for your brother, without seeing the actual image it is difficult to say anything or at least some brief need to be given here, actually how the bight spot detected that is not being give here, is it found in CT or MRI ? where this spot is situated ? is this cause any clinical symptoms ? moreover clinical symptoms are more important and if this is CA then prognosis would be matter of concern, ( If this is with the image of CT or MRI then one can see many bright spots because image it self is combination of white and black areas ), take care.
I find this answer helpful
