Suggest Treatment For Mast Cell Disease

I have a friend with Mass cell disease who has gone everywhere and nobody is helping her. She is allergic to everything and goes into anaphylactic shock every day, all day. She s running out of options and doesn t know what to do. What are your suggestions and can a severe TBI cause this disease

Hello dear,
Understand your concern.
Mast cell disease is a systemic disease due to excessive stimulation of mast cells.
Sign and symptoms are follow:
Fatigue, itching
Skin pigmentation-urticaria
Abdominal discomfort
Nusea, vomiting
Headache
Depression
Low blood pressor
Anaphylatic shock-breathlessness.

You should consult doctor.
Do skin and bone marrow biopsy.

CBC, ESR, TLC,DLC, PET scan.
Following are the treatments:
1. Antihistaminics drug-Cetrizine/loratadine
2. Leukotriene antagonist
3. Mast cell stabilizer-Cromoglycate
4. Proton pump inhibitor-Pantoprazole
5. Epinehrine, to open airway
6. Salbutamol inhaler
7. Corticostreois: prednisolone
8. Antidpressent if psychiatric symptoms- Doxepin tablet
9. Nifedipine: to decreased blood pressor
10. If sevre: Steroid plus chemotherapy , imetinab most commonly used.
