Suggest Treatment For Mass Of 10mm Growing In The Stomach

Hi, My husband 65, was told that he has a mass of about 10 cm growing inside his stomach, next to the bladder, no obstructions yet. He is scheduled to have a biopsy tomorrow. Is that risky? Is it necessary? He also was told the there is possibility this mass might be a lymphoma. What to do?
