I have a bump that has griwn to the size of an small egg wuthin 3years it started itching so i squeezed it black gunk came out in a stream i get these under my arms my groin area never my back and never this long getting ripe it never hurt just itch hardly any oder My email. YYYY@YYYY

I really appreciate your concern, it could be cystic lesion may need imaging studies and biopsy, fine needle aspiration test till the it is better not to disturb it and better to consult the surgeon for diagnosis and best management hope this information helps.
