Suggest Treatment For Lump On Side Of Jaw

Hi! I have had a small lump on the right side of my jaw for i d say a year now. I think it s getting bigger and it hurts so much to even touch now. I am not sick nor do I have an infection. I don t know what this could be. I have had to get my lymph node removed on the left side of my face when I was a baby so maybe this could be related to that?
