Welcome to health care magic.

1.The history and clinical presentation suggest that they are enlarged lymph nodes.
2.The lymph nodal enlargement is seen in any inflammatory / infective conditions it can be localised or systemic.
3.I would suggest to get an ultrasound scan done for breast and axillary region - that will help to identify the nature of the lump, source and extensions.
4.Depending on the findings you can decide weather monitor or need FNAC - fine needle aspiration cytology - to evaluate the nature of the cells involved.
5.If there is any underlying medical conditions - please get treated, as they do give the lymph nodal enlargement.

Good luck.
