Hi I ve had a hard pea sized lump at back/base of left nostril for over a year now. I had root canal treatment on the tooth just underneath where this lump is and when this lump appeared so did a lump on my gum . I had to have tooth removed and gum lump disappeared but still got lump in nose. It s not particularly painful but I can tell it s there sometimes it feels smaller and if I press it really hard it seems to move abit for a day or so then returns. I am worried what it could be .
