Suggest Treatment For Lump At Anal Opening

I am a gay 29yo male who is very healthy, no diseases/ailments or any sort of health condition, work out 3-5 times a week and am very active. I don t mean to be too graphic but feel the need to tell how this came about. A week ago I was with my new boyfriend and we haven t done any anal play but starting to get into it. He had his finger only slightly starting to enter me and it was not lubed up, it was very brief and felt some discomfort when he started so we stopped. The next day I was in the shower and washing up and felt a bump right on the outside of my anus. I feel it was the finger that caused this as it was the only thing back there that had happened. I googled around and seemed to align with an external hemorrhoid. I wasn t particularly sure as I did not have the symptoms of itchy, bleeding, no blood in stool nor did it hurt to poop, and no pain from it in general. I don t have any issues sitting either. Only thing that bothered me was that I just knew it was there. I went to the pharmacy and got some epsom salt for warm baths, witch hazel, prep h, cortizone10 and also been applying ice. I have been using wet toilet paper and some wipes and have been keeping the area as clean as possible. To the touch it feels like a little ball inside and I think it s not as hard as it was when I first noticed it. So after a week of some of these treatments I don t believe it s gotten any bigger, but I don t feel it has gotten any smaller either. I don t want to keep using the creams as I saw they were not really for extended use and could cause damage to the tissue around the anus. I was looking around further online today and noticed a picture that looked very similar and it was classified as a perianal hematoma. It seems like that may be a better fit for what I have since I didn t really have any of those hemorrhoid symptoms. I am in between jobs and starting a new job in a few weeks so I would prefer not to see a doctor and pay out of pocket and I don t think it s necessary as it doesn t hurt and it s not really causing any discomfort. I ve attached some photos and am just wondering if someone may be able to provide conformation or some advice on how the best way to go about curing this would be in my current situation. Any help is much appreciated! Thank you!!
