Hello and welcome to HCM,
A history of fall, formation of a lump, bleeding and bruising on the thigh suggests hematoma formation.
Hematoma formation is lump formed due to internal bleeding and collection of blood.
A hematoma changes color from blue to green to yellow and it clears away with passage of time.
However, a clinical assessment is required and dressing of the wound is also required since you have mentioned that the site is bleeding.

Thanks and take care
