Suggest Treatment For Lower Right Abdominal Pain

I am 50 years of age. I have had a dull, moderate, consistent pain for about three months in lower right abdomen. It almost feels like something is being pinched . I did not have a menstrual cycle for two months and it just returned. I have constant pain in lower back. It feels similar to labour pain. It doesn t go away. I haven t had any bowel issues. However, I do feel bloated all the time. It s really strange but, I can press on my lower right abdomen and sort of grab hold of the sore spot that s inside and move it around. I did have sciatica before, about three years ago but, do not think it is that.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
you might be having an appendicitis..do you have burning while passing urine , on and off fever ,diarrhoea or contipation ?? I request you to do an ultrasound abdomen
but if your appendix has already been removed; you may have a urinary tract infection, pelvic inflammatory disease.Seek medical care immediately.
