Suggest Treatment For Lower Pelvic Area That Radiates To Back

I have 3 weeks of pain in my lower right pelvic region and radiates into the lower right section of my back. I took a urine test that showed I had an abnormally high wbc count. No blood in urine, no known fever. Pain feels like chronic menstral pain. Experiencing nausea with pain

Thank for contacting HCM. You recently had lower abd pain that radiated into you back and UA was positive for WBCs. This indicates that you may have a urinary tract infection. I recommend that you see your medical provider to get a culture and start treatment
