Suggest Treatment For Lower Left Abdomen Cramp

Hi have a ongoing of and on sharp pain in my lower left abdomen since yesterday morning, I wasn t sure if it was gas, but it is really uncomfortable, sort of feels like a little cramping in the lower left section and when I touch my left side I can feel a little pain.

You have abdominal pain and cramp that may be because of indigestion of food.
Excessive gas problem may cause abdominal bloting.

Drink more water .
Avoid spicy foods and fatty foods.
Avoid gaseous foods like cabbage, cauliflower, turnip,dairy products, broccoli etc. ...
Avoid alcohol drinking.
Avoid stress.

Simethicone drug help for gas relief.

Garlic or ginger help for proper digestion and gas relief.

After taking this much care still symptoms are present than consent gastroenterologist for further diagnosis.
