Suggest Treatment For Lower Hip Pain

I slipped last night on a patch of ice and fell rather hard on my lower hip. The area was very tender to the touch and it hurt to walk, so I iced it and tried to raise it while I slept. It doesn t hurt quite as badly today, but is still tender and sore, and is uncomfortable to walk on. There is no bruise today, but the area is swollen just a bit. Is the pain and tenderness a sign that I need to be seen by a doctor or just a result of a fall and will subside in a few days? Also, is it okay to walk on a treadmill?

If you are able to stand and walk. Then its probably that there is no major bone injury. Wait for a week take rest and analgesics.and if pain stil persist get x rayed.
