Suggest Treatment For Lower Back Pain With Abdominal Pain

I have been having lower back pain with front abdominal pain across more pain severe on the left side lower and going down my left leg to my knee. Hurts more when sitting up, climbing stairs and when I walk up and down the halls at work. I had and MRI down on my back yesterday to see what is cause this onset of pain all of sudden.

it is refered pain. can be renal calculi can be diagnosed by ultrasound lower abdomen or KUB. if you have done MRI, it can be final in reaching diagnosis.
