Suggest Treatment For Lower Back Pain, Groin And Vaginal Pain

Need answers from gynecologist. I have low back pain, groin pain and higher up vaginal pain. I had hysterectomy with crevice removed but have ovaries. Pressure when urinating and it is not a bladder infection. I am treating myself for yeast infection thinking possibly it is that. Somewhat better after 3 days. Any clue what this might be?
