Suggest Treatment For Lower Back Ache During Pregnancy

I am 32 yrs and 23 weeks pregnant. my baby is moving as I get the fluttering feeling, however my lower back is hurting bad the movement I get up from a bed or a sofa.. I get cramp like shock feeling the entire body is it normal. Do you have a solution

Dear tricia,
Thanks for writing.
The problem you are facing is common in pregnancy ad the spine undergoes excessive curve called lordosis. Thus is normal for pregnancy but causes strain on the back causing backache.
Please take calcium and vitamin D3 in recommended dosage.
Also sit with back support like a folded towel or pillow.
Avoid sudden movements.
You can also use a pain reliving gel like diclofenac if the pain is severe.
