Suggest Treatment For Lower Abdominal Pain

Hi, I am a 29 year old woman. I usually have a 30days menstrual cycle. But this month, l have missed my periods by 15days. I have done urine pregnancy kit test & serum hcg test, but its negative. I also did an ultrasonography (about 5 days back) , its report states that endometrial thickness 15 mm, dominant follicle in right ovary & rest normal. I have lower abdominal pain for past 16-17 days. What should l do to have my periods? Kindly oblige me with your advice

Hi thanks for posting on hcm.
As your pregnancy is negative and confirmed by ultrasound I recommend you to take meprate tablet for 5 days twice daily and you will get your periods within a week to 10 days after using tablets.
There coul d be many reasons for delayed periods like stress , thyroid related, pcos, use of contraceptives. To determine the cause we need your b full menstrual history. If this is the only time your periods delayed nothing to worry.
Hope this is helpful to you.
