I had a child 5.5 months ago via c section. I had Hellp syndrome when delivering I ve had health challenges since - recently being diagnosed with Hashimoto s. I started having pretty intense pain in my lower abdomen about 30 minutes ago. The pain is between my belly button and my c section scar, but seems concentrated around the scar (low). It feels like pressure in my abdomen and it s difficult to sit up straight. Any recommendations?
