Suggest Treatment For Lower Abdominal Pain And Constipation

Hi, I ve been having sudden pains in my lower stomach and it really feels like I need to go to the toilet. However I am unable to pass a stool. It is also really painful when I pee and also really hurts in my stomach. I feel like I have pain from the middle to my lower back due to these pains.

Such type of symptoms may be due to these possibilities , these include:
1 Calculus i.e. stone anywhere in urinary tract system . As I have noted in my so many patients that when there is calculus patient feel desire of defecation . Diagnosis can be confirmed by ULTRASOUND of abdomen .
2 Urinary tract infection, diagnosis can be confirmed by urine culture .
3 Amoebic colitis , diagnosis can be confirmed by stool examination for Entamoeba Hystolica .
However,there are so many other reasons of such symptoms like colitis or salpingitis ( if female patient ) .
In my opinion consult a physician and get his opinion as physical examination as well as clinical history is important.
