Suggest Treatment For Lower Abdominal Pain And Bleeding

I am 2 weeks pregnant but has burning sensation on the left side of lower abdominal and bleeding, when I got tested first it was strong positive but when i did it again after one week it is faded positive result. what does this mean i have also have off and on spotting and bleeding
for 4 days now?

Hi,
I understand your concern.
2 weeks pregnancy with bleeding turning the test -ve indicates incomplete /threatened abortion.
In such cases physical examination & patients symptoms are considered to judge a supportive treatment/ evacuation of uterus ( with medicines/ surgery)to remove the complete pregnancy,so as to minimize the bleeding
You should consult of your treating doctor for it.
