Suggest Treatment For Lower Abdominal Cramps , Stomach Bloating And Nausea

For last 3 days I have had severe cramps in lower abdomen now in my sides,bloating,nausea cold sweats and constipation! Hurts to walk,pains is so bad!! Feel as im about to have diareaha so I run to bathroom buckled over in pain hurts to push but when I push nothing comes out!! Havent eaten in 2 days cause mames me even more bloaded and nausea wjth urge to poop but nothing is happening!! Is this a stomache bug??2 people at my job had exact sa?e symptoms bout week ago!

Yes you are right that it may be a stomach bug. Get your stool riutine microscopy, blood tests like complete haemogram.

If you had been my patient I would have treated with you antibiotic like ofloxacin for 2 days.
