Hi,

You are passing through pre-menopausal phase and there are a lot of hormonal changes during this period of life. Mood swings, delayed or early periods, loss of interest in sex, loss of libido can be associate director with it. Ask your partner to give more time in foreplay to help your for more expression.

Also you can take some Ayurvedic supplementary medicines to calm down your hormonal mess ups which will in turn help you be more active in sexual life.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. M Zahoor Bhat
