General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Your father is on tab. Lasix, Aldactone and Zytanix these are all diuretics. So maybe the cause for tiredness. Check his RFT/LFT mainly Electrolytes. It may be electrolyte imbalance.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. C.ELANCHEZHIAN, General & Family Physician
