Suggest Treatment For Low Energy Levels And Excessive Sleep

Very low energy level, wanting to sleep all the time. After a daily nap of 2 hr. and up to 4hr., upon getting up, within 3min I can feel my heart beating hard enough that my chest throb. NO even puls, lot s skip s. The average rate stays around 68. I am 69years old. Very acative. Stilsl working, 7day s a week, 365 days a year. Currently I am taking two types of BP pills. My BP average is around 160/80. I have a VERY understanding and concern Doctor. However, when we visit, nothing changes.

Have a banana before heading to bed. These foods contain tryptophan, an amino acid that’s used to make serotonin. And serotonin is a brain chemical that helps you sleep.
Carbohydrates help trytophan enter the brain.
Try a glass of warm milk (milk contains tryptophan) and a cookie, or warm milk with a spoonful of honey.
Avoid big meals late in the evening. You need three to four hours to digest a big meal.
