Suggest Treatment For Low Blood Pressure

I usually have low blood pressure 90/ 58 or 80/58. If my top number g oes below 80/? I take Midodrine to raise it. Today I had a very stressful ay and tonight it is 186/106. Do I need to see a doctor tonight or can I wait until morning to see what happens?

Regarding your concern, I would explain that your mean pressure values are really low.

But, from the other hand it is very common to have blood pressure spikes during anxiety or physical activity.

There is no need to go to the ER.

You should just relax and close your eyes. Try to take some deep breaths. It will help. I recommend avoiding physical activity in the next hours.
