Results reveals colour pale yellow,ph alkaline , coagulum nil,sugar 123 mg,protein 6g/dlADA 24 units LDH 283 units TLC 1500/ cu.mm lymphocytes 96 neutron 3 macro 1 rare mesothelial cells microscoply smear shows lymphocytes and reactive mesothelial cells negative for malignant cells/ benign and diagnosed exudative effusion. Doctor told most likely you are having tubercular pleural effusion.Doctor then prescribed Forecox tab 2 and omnacortil 20 I have taken this medication for 10 days after that I performed my LFT sgot 203 sgpt 223 doctor told that this medicine doesn t suits you and he changed my medicine to streptomycin 0.75 mg tab. Mahaflox after 12 hrs of consumption resulting chills, fever, anorexia, doctor then stops this medication and advices glucose liv52 becozyme c and udimarin for 5 days after that appetite was bit improved and then doctor add akurit 3 tab 1 kit but now no chills but loss of appetite sir please give your valuable suggestion what to do next....... How to improve appetite and treatment adviced is safe?
