Suggest Treatment For Low BP, Fainting Feeling And Stomach Discomfort
so i have low blood pressure haven t seen a doctor for it yet but its got to the point sometimes where i would have to get out of the shower cause i felt like fainting. but i don t know if this has anything to do with it so tonight after i came out of the shower after 20 mins i started feeling sick in the stomach and heart started racing. and I m 15 and i think it might be anxiety not that i know that I m suffering from it though
The symptoms seem to be related to low blood pressure. Based on your age, I think that the low blood pressure can be related to the eating habits. So, I suggest to eat small meals frequently. I also to drink a lot of liquids and consume salty foods. The salt can help in raising the blood pressure.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
