General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The symptoms seem to be related to low blood pressure. Based on your age, I think that the low blood pressure can be related to the eating habits. So, I suggest to eat small meals frequently. I also to drink a lot of liquids and consume salty foods. The salt can help in raising the blood pressure.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
