Suggest Treatment For Loss Of Balance And Pain In Body Due To Mild Infarction

My Husband is 57 years old and a smoker. He is a diabetic that is not be treated. A few years ago he was diagnosed with Mild Infarction. He has been losing weight and unsteady on his feet to the point of falling. Pain everywhere. Chest pressure all this week and tingling arms all week. He won t go into ER. He is also very depressed and keeps saying he wants to die. We are staying with our son and have no medical insurance or DR but I am afraid things are getting worse.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Your husband needs urgent medical attention. Diabetes untreated can be catastrophic especially in the setting of a previous history of Infarction. You need to convince your husband to seek a doctors opinion. I cannot recommend a treatment for his ailments through digital media as personal attention is utmost required.
Hope this helps.
