In spite of the complete treatment he is not hungry, getting weaker day by day, appetite is reduced, snores at sleep. I would advise you the following in such a case: Clinical evaluation whether the tuberculosis is healed or is suffering from MDR meaning multi-drug resistant tuberculosis. This needs special investigations under the expert and hence needs special treatment with second like of anti-tubercular medicines. Another rare possibility of diabetes, supra-renal failure syndrome or malignancy should also be suspected and investigated to get a proper diagnosis and treatment for him to recover well.
